Part-Time Office Assistant – Andy & Dave's Garage, Marathon, FL

At Andy & Dave's Garage, we pride ourselves on delivering excellent service and creating a friendly, family-oriented environment. We are currently seeking a Part-Time Office Assistant with the potential to transition to a full-time role after a 90-day probationary period.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answering phones and interacting courteously with customers
- Scheduling appointments and handling customer inquiries
- Assisting with data entry into our CRM system
- Managing billing and inventory of stocked parts
- Ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for customers
- Providing outstanding customer service at all times
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not required
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to become full-time after a 90-day probationary period.
