Spray Technician - Coating Services | Custom Manufacturer

We are seeking skilled and dependable Spray Coater Technicians to join a growing team of high-performance coating services. This hands-on role involves preparing surfaces, applying coatings using spray equipment, and ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes across a variety of materials. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and take pride in producing excellent work.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for coating through cleaning, sanding, masking, or priming
• Apply coatings using HVLP, airless, or electrostatic spray systems
• Mix and match coatings to achieve the desired color, texture, and durability
• Inspect finished surfaces for uniformity, thickness, and defects
• Maintain spray equipment and ensure proper storage of materials
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and client specifications

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in industrial or custom coating preferred
• Familiarity with various spray systems and coating types (epoxy, urethane, etc.)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to read and interpret work orders and technical specifications
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
