Hotel Housekeeping Supervisor ( Manager)

We are a newly opened hotel in Middleburg Heights, currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Attendants to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a comfortable and welcoming environment for our guests. Full-time and part-time positions are available for all shifts,

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and prepare guest rooms in accordance with established quality and sanitation standards.

• Change bed linens, clean bathrooms, vacuum carpets, and dust furniture to maintain guest room cleanliness.

• Replenish guest room amenities, such as towels, toiletries, and coffee supplies.

• Report any maintenance issues or concerns to management in a timely manner.

• Ensure the cleanliness and organization of public areas, including lobbies, hallways, and elevators.

• Maintain a clean and organized housekeeping cart, ensuring that all necessary materials are readily available.

• Collaborate with fellow team members to provide a seamless guest experience and maintain high levels of cleanliness.

• Follow all safety protocols and company policies while performing housekeeping duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or residential setting is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.

• Excellent time-management and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.

• Good communication skills and a customer-service mindset.

• Physical ability to lift heavy objects, stand for extended periods, and work in various weather conditions.
