Sales Associate Retail Part Time

On Que Style, LLC. is currently looking for outgoing, intelligent, friendly and dedicated Part Time Sale Associates for our modern multi-channel women's luxury and contemporary consignment retail store located in Corona del Mar, CA. Integrating style and sales, On Que Style, LLC. offers a unique opportunity with great earning potential.

Ideal candidates will have at least 4 years retail sales experience, excellent customer service skills, sales driven, possess an outgoing personality in conjunction with the ability to be a team player, and of course knowledge of luxury and contemporary designer brands like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Chloe, Prada as well as Diane Von Furstenberg, Tory Burch, Alexis, and Vince. Additionally, you must have exceptional selling skills, and be savvy about the visual and operational aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of previous retail sales experience, preferably contemporary or luxury designer retail
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
• Responsible and professional
• Proven ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with customers
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about contemporary & luxury designer fashion
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Prior retail sales experience in a high-end or specialty retail store, a plus
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment from POS transactions to operational tasks
• Ability to adapt to different customers
• Ability to work flexible hours based on industry needs, including weekends and/or holidays

Physical Requirements:

• Standing for extended periods of time
• Able to safely lift boxes up to 40 pounds
• Comfortable using a step ladder

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers in a timely, professional and engaging manner
• Ability to discuss current fashion trends and display a passion for fashion to customers
• Build lasting relationships with customers by following up on purchases, suggest new merchandise and invite them to upcoming events
• Work as a team player to ensure each customer receives the best service possible
• Perform daily department maintenance tasks including inventory, merchandising, price markdowns, merchandise transfers and light cleaning
• Replenish showroom stock and maintain high standards of merchandise presentation
• Must participate in monthly store inventory and events
