Part-Time Grill & Prep/Line Cook

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Grill and Prep/Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience and a passion for cooking delicious food. This role involves preparing ingredients, cooking menu items, and maintaining a clean and organized kitchen. A strong understanding of food handling and food safety practices is a must.

Responsibilities:

1. The ability to read and follow our recipes.

2. Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing as needed.

3. Prepare and cook our menu items according to established recipes and our standards.

4. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the food truck including all workstations and all equipment.

5. Follow all food safety guidelines and ensure all food handling procedures are always adhered to.

Skills:

1. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with all kitchen staff and co-workers.

2. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations within the culinary field.

3. The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

4. Must have a passion for cooking and a desire to improve your culinary skills.

Pay: 15.00 to 17.00

Shift: Days, Nights & Weekends
