Reliable and tech-savvy Level 1 IT Support Engineer to provide frontline support for end users across various technologies. Key Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support via phone, email, or in person.
Assist with basic phone, workstation, email, printers, TV, and cable troubleshooting.
Set up and configure new user workstations, accounts, and access permissions.
Monitor and respond to workstation issues and performance alerts.
Troubleshoot and resolve common email and printer issues.
Log and track all support requests using the IT ticketing system.
Escalate more complex issues as needed.
Support IT inventory and equipment tracking efforts.
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining a helpful, professional attitude.
Requirements:
3+ years of IT support experience or relevant coursework.
Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and office equipment.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email clients, and Windows environments.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Willingness to learn and grow within a technical support role.
