We are looking for a Shop Hand to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting in job setup and preparation with the ultimate goal to learn and become a Powder Coating Tech
Responsibilities:
- Assist Shop Manager with job setup, job prep, scheduling, job completion and order transportation
- Perform quality inspections prior to returning coated parts to the customer
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of shop equipment
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
