About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Associate to join our team in San Jose, CA. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our retail store. You will be expected to maintain a positive and professional attitude while assisting customers with their purchases and ensuring that the store is clean and organized. Your main goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while building strong relationships with customers.

Minimum Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent

1+ years of retail sales experience

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with point-of-sale systems

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Provide product knowledge and recommendations to customers

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain a clean and organized store environment

Meet and exceed sales targets

Skills:

As a Sales Associate, you will utilize your excellent communication and customer service skills to provide exceptional service to our customers.
