Job Description

Fightingtown Tavern under new ownership and management. We are looking for full and part-time line cooks. We are a casual dinning restaurant in a busy Downtown area. We are looking to open more days as to give everyone a more flexible scheduling. The pay will be based on experience. We have fun and enjoy our time at work.

Responsibilities

Set up and stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Good knife skills a plus
Work well with the team to cook food to the recipe specifications
Closing will require breaking down equipment and insuring everything is put away and clean
Stock inventory appropriately
Maintain sanitation regulations and safety standards
