Office Administrator Customer Support

Job Description

Absolute Construction, Inc. is a large installation company doing business with The Home Depot, the largest home improvement retailer in the world. We're currently seeking a detail-oriented office administrator for our company. Sales leads are generated by our relationship with a leading home improvement store chain and we are looking for someone to call our customers, schedule our sales consultants, review paperwork and process paperwork.

Responsibilities:

• You will be responsible for outgoing and incoming phone calls.
• Find out and understand what the customer is looking to have completed (Pre- Qualifying the lead)
• Create sales consultants’ schedules. While doing so, geographically coordinating salesmen’s routes and balancing a healthy selection of leads to the sales team
• Monitor and log all calls
• Daily office tasks
• Contract Review
• Customer Service

Job Requirements

• Good Communication Skills
• Must pass a background check
• Must have a positive attitude
• Must be time efficient
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
• Must be able to multi-task
• General knowledge of Chicago Geography
• Proficient in data entry
• Professional demeanor
• Excellent phone demeanor and customer service skills
• Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills
• Must be able to use reasonable judgment and have strong problem-solving abilities
