Caregiver for Young Adult Male

We are seeking a Caregiver to become a part of our team!

Responsibilities:

• Provide routine individualized care to adult with disabilities
• Monitor and report changes in individual health status
• Provide personal care
• Drive individual in provided vehicle
• Take out in community
• Provide opportunities for individual interest activities
• Work at least every other Saturday 7 to 430
• Work would be anytime between 7 am to 815 pm. Employee and Employer would figure out schedule. I would like an employee whom wants to work between 20 to 32 hours a week.

Qualifications:

• Experience in home health, or other related fields
• Positive and patient demeanor
• Ability to build rapport with individual
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
