Back Office Medical Assistant

We are seeking a Back Office Medical Assistant to become a part of our team! You will perform routine administrative and clinical assignments to keep the medical facility running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

• Handle all administrative duties in a timely manner
• Perform routine clinical tasks to support medical staff
• Communicate with insurance companies for proper billing procedures
• Escort patients to exam rooms
• Draw labs and send to Quest
• Must be able to set up patients for aesthetics treatments

​Qualifications:

• Previous experience in healthcare or other related fields
• Familiarity with medical office procedures
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Our office does have therapy cats, preferred candidates must be pet friendly
• Phlebotomy experience is preferred as well
