Front End Supermarket Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated, responsible Front End Supervisor to join our team!

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Greet customers and observe customers in store
• Provide superior customer service and ensure timely and friendly checkout
• Handle customer concerns in a positive manner
• Scheduling and duty management of front end staff
• Assist in hiring and training of new staff
• Maintain a clean, neat and fully stocked front end at all times
• Complete drawer balancing and end-of-day cash handling and reconciliation
• Hold keys for end of day

• Previous experience in management and cash handling
