Description:
Seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer who will build web applications utilizing Java and the Spring Framework, such as Spring Data or Spring Boot.
Required Skills
- • Demonstrated experience building web applications utilizing Java, and the Spring Framework, such as Spring Data or Spring Boot
- • Demonstrated experience developing web UIs utilizing JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frameworks and libraries, including Bootstrap and Angular
- • Demonstrated experience with back-end architecture patterns, such as RESTful web services and microservices
- • Demonstrated experience designing and implementing microservices utilizing JMS queues
- • Demonstrated experience with SQL and database technologies, such as MySQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL
- • Demonstrated on-the-job experience with DevOps practices, tools, and technologies, including Git, Gradle, and Jenkins
- • Experience implementing Apache Solr indexes
- • Demonstrated experience writing code to interface with Apache Solr
- • Experience utilizing Amazon Web Services (AWS) cloud technologies, including Relational Database Service (RDS)
- • Demonstrated experience developing enterprise-level applications in Java within a Linux environment
Desired Skills
- • Experience with Agile/Scrum practices, including iterative and incremental development, daily standups, planning, retrospectives, and backlog grooming
- • Experience with Flowable Workflow
- • Demonstrated on-the-job experience utilizing Apache Groovy
Education
Candidate must have one of the following:
- • 12 Years of job related experience and High School/GED diploma
- • 10 Years of job related experience and Associates degree
- • 8 Years of job related experience and Bachelor’s degree
- • 6 Years of job related experience and Master’s degree
- • 4 Years of job related experience and Doctorate
