Warehouse Load/Unload - Lead - Now Hiring

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Team Lead - Loader/Unloader.

This role involves loading and unloading goods or materials from trucks, sorting and packing goods, and performing regular inventory checks.

Successful candidates are expected to be efficient, observant, and have a strong commitment to safety.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials from trucks, verifying their contents against shipping invoices.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment, complying with safety regulations.
• Sort, pack, wrap, tie, and label products as per company procedures.
• Ensure proper handling and delivery of sensitive materials with authorization if necessary.
• Utilize hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, or other handling equipment to move material to and from trucks within the storage facility.
• Perform regular inventory checks and report any discrepancies to the management.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff for the placement of goods.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
• Maintain communication with warehouse staff to ensure proper working order.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and operate warehouse machinery safely.
• Good understanding of warehouse safety regulations and procedures.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent educational level.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Compensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $17.50 - $18.50 Per Hour
