- **Staff Size:** 23 RNs
- **Day Shift:** 2 RNs (7a-7p), 1 RN (9a-9p), 1 RN (11a-11p)
- **Night Shift:** 2 RNs (7p-7a)
- **Patient Ratios:** 1:4

**Equipment:**
- GE Monitors
- Nursecall system
- Small Ventilator
- Baxter Pumps
- Zoll Defibrillators
- EMR: Meditech

**Position Summary:**
We are seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality patient care in our freestanding emergency facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong independent IV skills, EKG skills, and assessment abilities to effectively manage emergency situations.

**Responsibilities:**
- Provide comprehensive and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced environment.
- Perform essential emergency procedures including IV insertions, EKGs, and medication mixing.
- Ensure accurate scanning of medications and implement safety protocols for medication administration.
- Collaborate with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care to patients.

**Qualifications:**
- **Required Skills:**
- Independent IV skills
- EKG skills
- Strong assessment skills
- **Preferred Experience:**
- Previous experience in a Freestanding ED setting
- Independent mixing of pharmacy drugs such as TPA and KCentra
- **Certifications:**
- ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
- PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support)
- BLS (Basic Life Support)

**Work Schedule:**
- Weekly rotations that include both weekend shifts and holidays.
