About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Handle 120+ inbound calls daily related to account inquiries, loan support, and password resets.
- Navigate multiple software platforms while maintaining high service standards.
- Deliver empathetic, solution-oriented support to help customers meet financial goals.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
- Escalate complex issues appropriately and follow up as needed.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of call center experience (financial services preferred but not required).
- Strong job tenure and reliability
- Excellent verbal communication and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems.
- Bilingual Spanish candidates encouraged to apply (additional pay with assessment).
Training & Schedule
- Training: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM for the first 30 days
- Post-training shifts: Typically 9 AM–6 PM or 9:30 AM–6:45 PM.
- Saturday shifts required; one weekday off will be assigned (not Monday).
- Strict attendance policy: No time off during training; limited absences allowed after.
