In this role, you will support our Danish-speaking clients, addressing their inquiries and ensuring they receive high-quality assistance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer support in Danish through various communication channels, including phone, email, and live chat.
• Assist customers with inquiries regarding our products, services, and general account-related matters.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism, working towards effective solutions.
• Document customer interactions thoroughly in our CRM system for follow-up and records.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about products, updates, and industry trends to provide the best possible customer support.

Requirements

• Fluency in Danish is a must; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
• Experience in customer service or support roles is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in both Danish and English, both verbal and written.
• Strong ability to listen to customer needs and offer appropriate solutions.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with CRM systems is beneficial.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
