This role is designed for individuals who are eager to connect with customers and provide exceptional support through social media channels. In this position, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, engaging with users, and ensuring a positive online presence for the company.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely responses to customer inquiries on various social media platforms in German.
• Monitor social media channels for customer feedback and engage proactively with users.
• Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service quality.
• Keep detailed records of interactions and feedback to identify areas for enhancement.
• Stay informed about company updates, product information, and social media trends.
• Build rapport with customers through friendly and effective communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in German is essential; proficiency in English is also required.
• Strong communication skills in both German and English, both written and verbal.
• Prior experience in customer service or social media management is advantageous.
• Comprehensive understanding of different social media platforms and engagement best practices.
• Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Ability to collaborate with a team as well as work independently.
• Familiarity with customer support software and social media analytics tools is a plus.
• A customer-focused attitude with great problem-solving skills.
