Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact for Danish-speaking clients needing technical support through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Identify and resolve hardware and software issues, guiding clients through the troubleshooting steps confidently.
  • Communicate effectively and empathetically with clients, ensuring their concerns are understood and addressed.
  • Maintain detailed logs of all support requests, incidents, and solutions within the service desk ticketing system.
  • Collaborate with IT teams for the timely escalation and resolution of more complex issues.
  • Provide clients with training and information on product features and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Engage in continuous improvement projects to enhance the service desk’s efficiency and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Fluency in Danish and proficient in English; additional languages are advantageous.
  • Experience in a service desk, IT helpdesk, or technical support role is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a team.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
  • A proactive and adaptable mindset in a fast-paced work environment.
