Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)

Divino ABA Services is looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. As an RBT, you’ll work closely with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to deliver high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that helps children and families achieve meaningful progress. This role offers opportunities for overtime, giving you the chance to increase your earnings while making a difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in alignment with individualized treatment plans
• Follow behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervision
• Collect accurate data on client progress during each session
• Maintain open communication with BCBAs, caregivers, and team members
• Foster a positive, supportive, and engaging learning environment

Requirements

• Active RBT Certification with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Current Medicaid provider approval for Florida – Required.
• Previous experience providing ABA therapy – Required.
• Up-to-date documentation, including
  • Proof of RBT Certification
• Availability to work 30 hours per week
• Reliable transportation and punctuality
• Genuine passion for helping individuals with developmental disabilities reach their goals

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with electronic data collection systems
• Ability to use technology to create stimuli for clients
