Role Overview

Join us as a Per Diem Pediatric Occupational Therapist, delivering in-home therapy to children and supporting families within comfortable, familiar environments. This position offers scheduling flexibility while giving you a meaningful, hands-on opportunity to help pediatric patients develop fine motor, sensory, and self-care skills.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate pediatric patients and create tailored treatment plans.

• Provide in-home OT focused on motor skills, sensory integration, ADLs, and self-care.

• Guide families in reinforcing therapeutic practices at home.

• Accurately document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans.

• Communicate and coordinate care with interdisciplinary team members.

What We're Looking For

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in Texas (OTR).

• Pediatric experience required; home health experience is a plus.

• Strong clinical reasoning, documentation, and communication skills.

• Self-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working across various home environments.
