Join our expanding Landscape Construction Teams at David J. Frank Landscaping, the largest landscape workforce in the state. We offer full-time, year-round employment with a variety of tasks including construction, snow removal, and training. Our team consists of over 270 landscape professionals, graduate horticulturalists, landscape architects, certified arborists, carpenters, an agronomist, an entomologist, and more. We tackle unique projects with the latest equipment and technology. Our Hardscape Technicians direct report to the job site in the Metro Milwaukee area. This is full-time year-round employment, during the winter we do snow removal, training, and complete maintenance projects.

Qualifications

• Preferred six months or more of landscape construction/hardscape production experience ensuring client satisfaction with quality outcomes in accordance with our production standards.
• Good work ethic and positive attitude.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Accountability and commitment to improvement.
• Possess and maintain valid REGULAR driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle record (MVR) is required.
• Able to successfully complete a preplacement physical (to include lifting 50 pounds) and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Landscape Construction Technicians install various hardscape construction materials and have basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical and other construction skills.
• Participate in snow removal during winter months.
• Engage in training and maintenance projects.
• Work collaboratively with team members on residential and public job sites.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. required.
