Urgent Care Physician

Coverage Needed:

• December 2, 2025 - Ongoing
• 12-hour shifts, preference for weekends and holidays
• Multiple worksites

Clinical Details:

• Outpatient setting with state-of-the-art facilities
• Onsite lab, mobile X-Ray, and EKGs available
• Support staff includes medical assistants and radiology techs
• Epic EMR system
• Patient encounters per shift: 30-50

Requirements:

• Board Certified/Eligible (within 5 years of residency) in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Med/Peds
• Residency trained and ABMS or AOB certified
• Licensed in MO, or IMLC
• Must be able to see all ages
• Proof of 50 patient encounters in the past 12 months relevant to privileges requested
• Current BLS (AHA only); ACLS and PALS preferred
• Comfortable with urgent care procedures: sutures, wound care, incision and draining, splinting, x-rays, EKGs, drawing blood
• Must be able to work independently without nurse support
• Epic EMR experience preferred
