Studio Receptionist & Assistant

Mallory Portraits is growing and thriving! We have an immediate opening for an ENTRY-LEVEL, FULL OF LIFE Studio Greeter & Assistant. This is a full-time role (32 hours/week to start, up to 40 hours/week) with opportunity for growth in our creative studio.

We create heirloom portraiture for families and have donated to thousands of charities over the last 10 years. Our studio is warm, professional, and high-energy perfect for someone who loves people, enjoys working with children and pets, and thrives in a creative environment.

No experience required we will train you!

If you're reliable, tech-savvy, and have a polished, outgoing personality, you'll excel with us.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide direction in the studio
• Help with children and pets while parents work with our Art Directors
• Assist with client communication (emails, phone, and in-person interactions)
• Handle office tasks such as mailings, and assembling donation packets
• Run errands and provide ad-hoc support as needed
• Fridays: off-site work at local businesses to support studio partnerships

• $19/hour
• 32 hours/week to start, up to 40 hours (schedule subject to change)
• Must be available Thursday-Sunday; additional days are flexible before or after weekends (some 4-day workweeks with longer weekend hours possible)

• Outgoing, polished, and reliable with strong customer service skills
• Comfortable working with children and dogs
• Tech-savvy with basic computer and communication skills
• Organized and adaptable in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Reliable transportation
