The Career Path

- Tier 1 Apprentice: Learn fundamentals, support the team, master safety, communication, and tools.
- Tier 2 Developing Tech: Perform core services with oversight, practice Summit Way communication.
- Tier 3 Proficient Tech: Independently handle a full range of services, meet KPIs, represent Summit with confidence.
- Tier 4 Advanced Tech: Lead jobs, train apprentices, deliver advanced diagnostics and recommendations.
- Tier 5 Elite Tech: Operate at the highest level of skill, leadership, customer experience, and company impact.
Advancement is based on documented proof of performance no politics, no guesswork.
Core Responsibilities (Starting at Tier 1)
- Show up prepared, in uniform, and aligned with The Summit Way.
- Assist lead technicians in inspections, pumping, troubleshooting, repairs, and installations.
- Learn and use Summit Way communication scripts (on-the-way, arrival, departure, follow-up).
- Provide customers with clear, simple explanations of system conditions and recommendations (not jargon).
- Deliver Good-Better-Best recommendations that connect directly to customer peace of mind and system longevity.
- Protect the brand and reputation by keeping job sites professional, safe, and clean.
- Complete all job notes, reports, estimates, and photos to Summit standards same day, every time.
- Ensure seamless invoicing and payment processes are followed at job completion.
As you climb, youll take on more responsibility for leading jobs, training others, and delivering advanced technical and diagnostic solutions.

First 90 Days (Tier 1 Apprentice)
- Learn and align with The Summit Way, our values, and service standards.
- Demonstrate professionalism, safety, and readiness on every job.
- Master tool identification and basic service tasks.
- Use communication scripts consistently with customers.
- Complete all documentation and job close-out processes.
- Show progress toward Tier 2 through measurable proof of learning and performance.
Reporting Structure
- Reports to: Lead Technician & Operations Manager (Integrator)
- Collaborates with: CSR/Dispatch, CEO (Visionary), Field Team
Compensation & Growth
- Entry-level pay at Tier 1 Apprentice.
- Performance-based pay increases at each tier, tied to KPIs and skill demonstration.
