Department Manager (PT) | ENT/Audiology | Ames | 2025-174

McFarland Clinic is currently accepting applications for a Department Manager for its Ames office. Candidates should be service-oriented, a team player, and be able to provide extraordinary care, every day to our patients.

Responsibilities include: Lead and manage departmental operations, staffing, and scheduling. Support physicians and advanced practice providers. Oversee budgeting, payroll, and financial performance. Ensure compliance with clinical standards, HIPAA, and safety protocols. Drive patient satisfaction and resolve concerns. Coordinate training, licensure, and continuing education for staff. Manage clinical equipment, IT systems, and facility needs. Other duties including patient care. Position comes with competitive clinic pay and valuable benefit package.

Education:

• High School Diploma, GED or HiSET

Days: Monday - Friday. (To be determined)

Hours: 8 AM - 5:00 PM (To be determined)

Experience

• Previous outpatient clinic management experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Pre-employment drug screen and criminal history background checks are a condition of hire.
