About the Role:
Join Office Pride of Northeastern Indiana as an Industrial Custodian and play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and safe environment. We are looking for dedicated individuals who take pride in their work and enjoy contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.

Plymouth : Monday, Wednesday, Friday 1 hr clean ( Friday is weekend optional )
Bourbon: Wednesday & Friday 1 hr clean ( Friday is weekend optional )

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning and maintenance tasks in industrial settings.
• Ensure all areas are sanitized, including restrooms, break rooms, and workspaces.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as floor scrubbers and vacuums.
• Monitor and restock cleaning supplies as needed.
• Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a hazard-free environment.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as assigned.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet cleaning schedules.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous custodial or janitorial experience in industrial settings is a plus.
• Ability to operate cleaning machinery and equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude.
• Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift heavy objects.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
