Team Leader Overview: To provide excellent customer service while meeting and exceeding all company standards based on the mission, vision and values of Just Jump. Oversee and work in all park areas to include: court attendant, sales associate for tickets and concessions, party host and attendant/greeter.

Qualifications for the Team Leader in order to ensure effectiveness in each job function include:
● Must be 18 years or older.
● Friendly personality and a positive attitude.
● Love of people of all ages, particularly children.
● Ability to properly handle customer concerns.
● Ability to remain calm and think fast in a very hectic environment.
● Ability to follow procedures and directions, while working independently.
● Comfortable enforcing Just Jump polices and safety requirements.

● Must provide excellent customer service and a professional appearance.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
● Safe jumping by all participants is the top priority while in this role.
● Knowledge of trampolines, springs and other equipment is important to ensure a safe experience.
● Greet all customers enthusiastically, ensuring they feel welcome.
● Maintain a controlled, safe environment.
● Keep full attention on the court and all jumpers.
● Explain safety policies and other rules to guests as necessary.
● Ensure that jumpers have proper footwear, no loose jewelry and a valid wristband.
● Coordinate clearing the court for those whose wristbands have expired.
● Cleaning and inspection of trampoline surfaces as required.
● Must report details of any and all injuries and escalated issues to the manager on duty in a calm and professional manner immediately.
● Some duties may be subject to change, and full compliance of other duties not listed will be required.
● Opening and closing the park.
● Counting in and cashing out tills.
● Have extensive knowledge of the business in order to respond to customer questions and concerns.
● Positive attitude and upbeat personality.
● Ensure cashiers, party attendants, greeters, court attendants operate within park policies and procedures.
● Assist cashiers with customer check-ins.
● Available on weekend and evening shifts.
● Greet all guests entering the building in an enthusiastic, informative manner.
● Guide party/event attendees to the appropriate place/person.
● Assists Party Host with setup, clean up and refreshment preparation.
● Manage and assist with keeping restrooms clean.
● Constantly make rounds scanning for any issues related to organization or cleanliness.
● Guide guests to signage related to safety for review prior to jumping.
● Keep jump areas and lobby areas clean of debris.
● Manage and assist with stocking the concessions and retail items as needed.
● Assist with maintenance of company equipment.
