Job Description
RemX seeking Onsite Bilingual Customer Service Representatives for a client of ours located in Plantation, FL.
$18/Hur
Must be flexible with schedule
Hours: start time10am-11:30am, 8 hour shift (Will require to work at least ONE WEEKEND DAY)
Onsite only
Fluent in English and Spanish
Job Responsibilities:
Inbound calls only
Respond to and own consumer inquiries and issues
Provide education and status on previously submitted pre-authorizations or pre-determination requests
Meet the performance goals established for the position in the areas of efficiency, call quality, customer satisfaction, first call resolution and attendance
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English
1 year of customer service experience with the same company
High School diploma
Goal-driven and detail oriented
