Customer Support Representative

Our company is seeking a friendly, detail-oriented individual to join the Customer Support department at our home office in Vero Beach. The ideal candidate must have a strong interest in assisting our clients and agents, have multi-tasking skills, and show attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

• Handling customer service inquiries from agents and clients via incoming calls and email
• Processing requests with multiple insurance carriers
• Assisting with communications between insurance carriers to ensure application accuracy and issuance
• Data entry

Prior experience is NOT REQUIRED for this entry-level position. All training is provided by our home office
team upon hire. Pay is dependent on experience.
