Job Description
At Lee & Birch, we believe in offering a personalized shopping experience and 1-on-1 styling to each and every customer that walks in our door. We pride ourselves on creating a fun, inspiring, and caring environment for both our customers and employees. We are looking for a passionate individual with exceptional selling skills. Someone who is a self-starter and motivated to strive for excellence. Passion for fashion and compassion for customer relationships are key.

Job Roles:

• Give one-on-one styling while offering customers an experience that makes them look and feel their best.
• Support manager with tagging/steaming/merchandising
• Assist in visual presentation
• Maintain company standards within the store, cleaning, organizing, etc.
• Generate sales and profits.
• Drive new ideas and creative problem solving

Position Requirements: Must be outgoing, social and approachable

• Strong selling and customer relationship skills
• Ability to work as a team to meet and exceed goals.
• Availability to work day, evening, and some weekend hours

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $17.00 per hour
