Job Description
Qualifications:
2+ years’ experience in sales, account management, or landscape/facilities services.
Knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance, enhancements, turf/plant health, irrigation, and seasonal color.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with property managers, HOAs, and facility directors.
Skilled in proposals, presentations, and upselling enhancement projects.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools; estimating software experience a plus.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record; travel to client sites required.
Preferred: Aspire software experience, ability to read site plans/blueprints, bilingual (English/Spanish).
Key Responsibilities:
Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and retention through site visits, follow-ups, and clear communication.
Drive sales growth by securing new maintenance, enhancement, and snow contracts.
Identify property needs, estimate, and generate proposals for added-value services.
Act as liaison between clients and operations teams for maintenance, enhancements, and snow services.
Support renewals, collections, and public relations efforts, including networking and community events.
Participate in sales meetings, training, and seasonal snow operations.
