Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assembling electrical components and systems, ensuring high-quality standards are met throughout the production process. This role requires a strong understanding of electrical wiring, PCB fabrication, and the ability to work with various hand tools and equipment.

Duties

• Assemble electrical components and systems according to specifications and schematics.
• Fabricate printed circuit boards (PCBs) and ensure compliance with IPC 610 standards.
• Utilize surface mount technology for efficient assembly processes.
• Conduct inspections of assembled products using tools such as an ohmmeter to ensure functionality and safety.
• Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve assembly processes.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.
• Document assembly processes and report any discrepancies or defects in materials or workmanship.

Experience

• Proven experience in electrical assembly or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand technical drawings and schematics.
• Familiarity with logic controllers and their application in assembly processes is a plus.
• Proficient in using hand tools and equipment necessary for electrical assembly tasks.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
