About The Position

Hematology and Oncology Locums - Pennsylvania Physician Assignment, No Call

Outpatient-only HemOnc coverage available in Pennsylvania

Highlights:

• No call or inpatient consults; physician on staff handles all
• Credentialing in 6-8 weeks with temp privileges offered
• 3-month locums, possible extension

Practice Setting:

• Outpatient cancer center with consistent support
• 2 APPs and 1 part-time Internal Medicine physician on-site
• Charting with Mosaic and Meditech
• No pediatrics; adult patients only

Schedule:

• 3 days per week, Monday through Friday
• 8:00am to 4:30pm
• No weekends or call

Cases and Procedures:

• Mix of 40% hematology and 60% oncology (varies week to week)
• Average 12-15 patients per day
• Routine outpatient care only

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology/Oncology
• Pennsylvania license required
• BLS certification

Travel Accommodations:

• Airfare, lodging, rental car, and mileage all covered
