Staff Accountant (Grants)

Job Requirements

• Minimum of at least three years of accounting experience.
• Previous fiscal work experience with NYC, NYS, Federal, and private grants & contracts.
• Thorough knowledge of GAAP.
• Experience preparing the NYS CFR or Uniform Guidance (formerly A-133) reports.
• Prior experience contributing to funder and agency audits.
• Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel and Word, accounting systems,e.
• Able to provide insightful analysis of complex fiscal scenarios in a timely manner.
• Detail-oriented, with excellent written and oral communication skills.
