The position reports the General manager of East Peak and will have Lodge oversite ensuring operations are run safely, efficiently and cost effectively while exceeding customer service expectations at this high volume on Mountain Nevada side locals favorite Lodge. **Job Specifications:** + Starting Wage: $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr + Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2025/2026 + Shift Type: Full Time hours available + Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age + Housing Availability: No **Job Responsibilities** **:** + Manages the restaurant at all times to assure high quality of service and product. + Coordinates efforts of all food & beverage employees; assures adequate staffing andsupervision. + Assures completion of necessary paperwork as needed on a daily basis. POS Reconciliation, Facility Check List, Safety Meetings. + Constantly lead the search for innovation and change, and implement these changes to exceed our guests’ expectations and company goals. + Maximize profitability and be fluent in labor and cost of sales reporting/management. + Overall lodge/restaurant & location cleanliness, including snow removal. + Inspect quality of food product received at the lodges. + Maintains adequate inventory levels of all products according to business levels. + Ability to attend work in harsh weather environment. + Ability to hold staff accountable to Vail Resorts, Inc. policies, procedures and performance standards. + Maintain a Safe environment and keeps location compliant with all Health and Safety requirements. + We are a company that works together; and throughout the season you may be required to assist other departments as needed. **Job Qualifications:** + 3-5 years Management/Supervisory experience in a high volume Food and Beverageenvironment. + Ability to pass skiing or snowboard ride test to minimum level for mountain access. + Intermediate or better computer skills; working knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook + Exceptional communication skills, guest service and team building abilities. + CA state food handlers permit, Serve Safe Certified Required + Valid driver’s licenses required. + TIPS Certification Required. + Must be available holidays & weekend The expected pay range is $25.00/hr - $27.00/hr.
