Civil Litigation Attorney

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 2+ years of experience, preferably handling high-exposure, catastrophic personal injury matters, including product liability and general negligence claims. The ideal candidate will be capable of managing complex litigation, communicating effectively with clients, and contributing meaningfully to trial preparation.

• Compensation Range: 140k-220k, based on experience + bonus structure
• Schedule: Hybrid, 4 days onsite/week
• Mentorship: 1:1 with Partner to discuss goals, growth, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take and defend fact and expert witness depositions

• Draft substantive motions and pleadings in complex litigation matters

• Prepare discovery requests and responses for exchange with multiple parties

• Maintain and develop client relationships through clear and professional communication

• Assist with all aspects of trial preparation, including drafting motions in limine, preparing exhibit and witness lists, and coordinating logistics

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in personal injury or product liability

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school, top-tier law school preferred

• Active member in good standing with the California State Bar

• Demonstrated ability to manage deadlines and work independently in a fast-paced, billable environment

• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills with meticulous attention to detail
