What Youll Do:


As a Lead Technician, you'll be the crews go-to expertresponsible for:

• Driving our service van to job sites
• Leading setup and takedown of cleaning operations
• Pressure-washing kitchen exhaust hoods and systems
• Maintaining equipment and ensuring NFPA 96 compliance
• Leading a small overnight team with precision and accountability

What You Bring:


Valid drivers license & reliable transportation
Ability to lift 50 lbs, climb ladders, work at heights and on roofs
Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
Experience leading crews (preferred, not required)
Willingness to work overnights and outdoors
