Primary Responsibilities

• Primary Care Services: Routine health maintenance and preventive care
• Chronic Disease Management: Ongoing care for patients with chronic conditions
• Acute Care: Management of urgent and acute illness
• Patient Education: Health promotion and disease prevention counseling
• Collaborative Care: Work with multidisciplinary healthcare team

Required Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN required)
• Board Certified Nurse Practitioner (Adult/Family NP preferred)
• Massachusetts Nursing License or ability to obtain
• Primary care experience preferred
• Strong communication and clinical skills
