The ideal candidate for a Clinical Decision Unit needs to possess both clinical skills and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced, decision-driven environment. Here’s a breakdown of the typical hiring profile for professionals working in such a unit:

Must have:
· BLS
· ACLS
· Tele experience
Preferred or nice to have:
· 2 years RN experience
