Qualifications
• Interest in gaining sales experience
• Complete transactions using designated software and ensure all patient accounts are current and accurate
• Have strong phone and computer skills or be excited to learn and be trained in this area
• Work cohesively with others in a fun and fast-paced environment
• Driven to climb the company ladder. We are a small business that is flourishing and raising our current staff. As we move towards a third office we are looking to promote for operations management and develop a sales and marketing team.

• Have a high school diploma or equivalent (GED)
•Accepting constructive feedback in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool. Management accepts constructive feedback in return.
•Able to stand and/or sit for long periods of time
•Able to lift up to 50 pounds
Responsibilities
•You’ll play a key role in making each of our patients feel at home by greeting our patients when they arrive, checking them in, and getting to know them by name.
•Keep accurate patient records, have a thorough understanding of our computer system, and maintain a clean and organized work place
• Have a strong customer service orientation and be able to communicate effectively with members and patients
•Participate in marketing/sales opportunities to help attract new patients into our clinics
•Be able to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
•Confident in presenting and selling services
•Answering phone calls
•Maintain positive relationships with team members
•Maintain the cleanliness of the clinic and organization of work-space
•Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following manager's policies, procedures and direction
