Material Handler - Days - Now Hiring

Direct Hire Opportunity - Material Handler
Location: Neenah, WI 
Schedule: 5:45 AM – 6:00 PM | 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule

Join a growing team where your skills make an impact! We are currently seeking reliable and motivated Material Handlers to support operations at our Neenah facility. This position plays a key role in the movement, storage, and shipment of materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, move, and stage materials for production or customer orders

• Unload trailers, sort and label raw materials, and put away product accurately

• Palletize and shrink wrap product, scan using RF equipment

• Load outbound trucks safely and efficiently

• Operate equipment including manual/electric pallet jacks, forklifts, order pickers, turret trucks, or hoists

• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work area

• Support inventory and cycle count processes

What We're Looking For:

• Previous material handling or warehouse equipment experience preferred (certification provided if needed)

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Ability to read, write, and understand English

• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with RF systems

• Capable of lifting 50–100 lbs regularly and working up to 12-hour shifts

• Strong attention to detail, communication, and teamwork

• Food processing or packaging experience a plus

• Strong commitment to safety and quality standards

Working Conditions:

• Physically demanding: frequent lifting, pulling, and twisting

• Potential exposure to loud noises, chemicals, heights, wet environments, and mechanical equipment

• Mental demands include multitasking, problem solving, and attention to detail
