We are looking for a Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in Latham, New York. In this contract role, you will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience. This position requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
• Greet visitors and clients with a friendly and attentive demeanor.
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
• Manage scheduling and appointments to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk area.
• Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry and document preparation.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure timely communication and support.
• Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about company services.
• Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
• Facilitate the distribution of mail and packages to their intended recipients.• Previous experience in receptionist or front desk roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• High level of professionalism and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with office equipment, such as phone systems and printers.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
