- MUST HAVE 18 months of PERM experience in PICU prior to applying for PRIOR to travel
- MUST HAVE 18 months of recent PICU experience - travel experience will suffice
- MUST HAVE PERM OHIO LICENSE OR COMPACT STATE LICENSE IN HAND
- AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS required; NIHSS preferred
