Job Description
Position Overview: Milestones Pediatric Therapy Services is expanding our services to include ABA Therapy and is searching for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who loves working with children and making therapy fun! We offer a full approach to treatment involving patients, parents, therapists and physicians in the development of individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities:
*Administer comprehensive behavioral assessments to determine children's needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Implement behavior interventions for children with diverse needs
*Position starts part-time but expected to quickly expand to full time
*Provide direct therapy service and supervise therapy services to children with developmental, physical, and sensory challenges
*Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and progress reports
*Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for our clients
* Participate in team meetings and professional development activities

Requirements:This position requires the Board Certification and ability to become credentialed within all insurance companies Milestones Pediatric Therapy Services are contracted with that covers ABA Therapy. BCBA responsibilities include administering functional behavior assessments, designing and implementing skill-acquisition programs, and providing training and support to client's families, and and will work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the highest quality of therapy for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and a commitment to ethical practices. Contract salary will be based on experience.
