Warehouse Operator Compensation

• The pay for this position is $19.50 per hour

• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment

• A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates

Warehouse Operator Highlights

• This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs

• The required availability for this position is 2nd shift, 2:45pm – 11:15pm

• Overtime is required as needed and may include Saturdays

Warehouse Operator Responsibilities

• Safely load and unload inbound and outbound shipments utilizing the WMS system

• Report discrepancies between inventory counts and shipping/receiving documents

• Ensure pallets are loaded/unloaded in a safe manner to prevent damage

• Locate and retrieve products, replenish picking locations as needed

• Assist with other warehouse duties and act as a backup during absences or vacations

Warehouse Operator Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (or 1 year of relevant experience in lieu of diploma)

• Ability to obtain forklift certification

• Must be able to operate material handling equipment (Order Pickers, Reach Trucks, Counterbalance, Dock Stocker, etc.)

• Required to use an RF scanner

• Safety shoes required

• Must pass a drug test prior to starting

• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days

Warehouse Operator Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ year of warehouse or forklift operation experience

• Strong organizational and prioritization skills

• Proficient with computers and ability to read/interpret distribution documents
