Job Description
Bachelor's or Master's degree in School Psychology, active School Psychologist license and minimum 1+ years School Psychologist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.
A contract opportunity is available for a School Psychologist serving K-12 students in Augusta, GA, for the 2025/2026 school year. This on-site position offers a caseload across multiple nearby school locations, providing evaluations, testing, report writing, and participation in eligibility meetings. Both full-time and part-time candidates will be considered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct psychological evaluations and testing for K-12 students
- Develop detailed reports based on assessment results
- Participate in eligibility and Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings
- Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
- Support the social, emotional, and educational development of students
Qualifications:
- Must hold an active School Psychologist license in Georgia
- Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Location and Schedule:
- Position based in Augusta, Georgia
- Serving K-12 schools in close proximity
- School year contract from July 28th through the end of the school year
- Weekends and holidays off
