MES Support Specialist – Hybrid / Onsite Harford, Connecticut (ITAR Compliant)
Tata Technologies is seeking an experienced, versatile MES Support Specialist to join our team to provide ongoing support for one of our strategic Manufacturing Execution System (MES) programs. This role is primarily focused on support but will value transferable MES experience across platforms. Experience with DELMIA Apriso is a strong plus, but a solid MES background is what we’re seeking.

Hybrid/Onsite Hartford, Connecticut (U.S. Based – ITAR Compliance Required)
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for MES applications in a manufacturing environment.
- Monitor transactions and system health to proactively identify and resolve issues.
- Analyze logs and system behavior to determine root causes of disruptions.
- Collaborate with internal IT and operations teams to support upgrades, patches, and system improvements.
- Document findings, resolutions, and standard support procedures.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and the business to interpret issues and recommend best-fit resolutions.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of MES experience (DELMIA Apriso preferred, but others welcome – Opcenter, FactoryTalk, etc.).
- Familiarity with SQL Server environments and troubleshooting transactions, logs, and deadlocks.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, discrete processes, and plant systems.
- Exposure to middleware tools like Boomi or Ignition is a plus.
- Knowledge of integration with ERP and PLM systems such as IFS and SolidWorks.
- Understanding of ITAR compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
