Job Position: Speech Language Pathologist

Location: Flint, MI 48507

Pay Rate: $50.00/hr

As a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP), youll support students communication development and academic success through assessment, intervention, collaboration, and consultation. Youll work closely with students, families, teachers, and support staff to help students build the speech, language, and communication skills they need to thrive in the educational setting.

What youll do:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services

• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success

• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support initiatives

• Maintain accurate documentation and progress monitoring

• Promote a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment

What youll need:

• Appropriate Speech-Language Pathologist credential/licensure

• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, if applicable
